Rooster's can accommodate all of your catering needs, whether it be a special birthday or anniversary, holiday gathering, formal reception or any other special occasion.
We are a chef-owned restaurant, with Gary running the kitchen. He has over 25 years of culinary experience and is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.
We are confident that you will be pleased with the menu selections and quality of our food, whether planning a casual dinner party or formal wedding reception.
We offer on-site services at our restaurant in Bethel for groups of up to 120, with seating on two floors, a full-service lounge, and outside seasonal decks and patios. More private and intimate space on only one floor can accommodate up to 50 persons. We do not charge for the use of the facility, but rather only for the food and beverages purchased. Off-Site catering at area locations of your choice can be provided for groups ranging from 10 to 300 people. We do not provide off-site liquor service, but will be glad to assist you in making those arrangements.
Please review our menus that are posted on the Dining & Pub section of this website. All of our menu items are available for catering functions, and we will accommodate any special food requests that you may have. Rather than giving you a list of food items to select from, we prefer a more personalized approach to developing a menu for your special occasion or function. Co-Owner Steve is available to work out all of the details with you. We start by either establishing a budget that you want to work within, and then developing a menu to meet those needs, or selecting menu items and determining a cost for those selections. No two functions are exactly the same, and the menu and food should not be either.
